If you want to send your suspension units by post, you must contact us prior to posting to book the items into our service schedule. This ensures we can accept the items and have the required parts in stock to complete the work.

You must include a note containing your name and address, contact number and email address, the make, model and year of your bike.

If you need to send leaking forks or shocks they must be wrapped to contain any leaking fluids as some courier companies will not deliver packages leaking fluid.

If you require insurance on returned items please contact us for a quote as this will incur additional charge at your cost. Otherwise items are returned without insurance but with tracking number provided.
